We use our extensive range of compression and injection moulding machines to produce a wide range of elastomer components, from simple valve diaphragms to complex 3D components such as face masks and engine air intakes.
Manufactured purely to customer specifications, these components can be produced in volumes ranging from one-off prototypes through to 100,000 parts a year or more.
Capabilities include tight tolerance work, large section mouldings, metal insert moulding, metal bond moulding and components with thin-wall sections.
Examples of the types of custom mouldings produced include micro-mouldings, rubber/silicone wheels and cogs, gaiters, bellows, joystick covers, dome valve seals, face seals (eg fire, pilot, diver), cable splice covers, pipe seals, silicone ‘O’ rings, battery cell seals, air intake manifolds (for cars, lorries, tractors etc), vacuum pump seals and bellows.
Unlike many manufacturers, we also have moulding machines for liquid silicone resin and TPE. New machines are being added regularly.
Other equipment includes abrasive blast cleaning, cryogenic deflashing and post-curing ovens.
We work with a wide range of elastomers, including:
