At Kea-Flex, we take pride in recognising team members who go above and beyond – both in their roles and within the community. This week, we want to highlight Hillary for her outstanding dedication and quick thinking.
Not only has she been a key support in our dispatch department, but she also demonstrated remarkable courage and composure during an unexpected incident. While on her lunch break, Hillary witnessed a cyclist being knocked off their bike in a Tesco car park. Without hesitation, she stepped in, providing first aid and ensuring the individual was cared for until emergency services arrived.
The injured woman later visited our site to personally thank Hillary for her swift action and composed response. Hillary credited her confident approach to her training as an Army Cadet Officer, a role she passionately pursues in her spare time.
Hillary’s actions truly embody the values we hold dear at Kea-Flex; care, professionalism, and community spirit. We are proud to have her on our team.
